Before sun exposure: Apply a thin coating of Suntanning Lotion (or use before being exposed to UV rays for a long period of time). For those prone to sunburn, also use a reflective sunblocker such as titanium dioxide over the product. Rub into the skin for 5-10 seconds.

After sun exposure: Apply Protect & Restore Body Lotion afterward to aid skin repair. Rub into the skin for 5-10 seconds.
