Since the skin is in layers and damage can exist in layers, it is important to use a good method of exfoliation along with copper-peptides for improved results.

AM: After cleansing the skin, apply a light amount of Protect & Restore Cream with High Retinol (which contains a strong concentration of SRCPs that can be used very lightly once a day). This should just barely cover the face. Be careful with using around the eye area, or if you have sensitive skin.

PM: After cleansing the skin, apply a light amount of LacSal Cream (a 10% hydroxy acid chemical exfoliant which helps to break down damaged skin proteins). Or use together with Exfol Cream (2% hydroxy acid exfoliator).
 
Tips/Cautions

Some clients work up to twice a day applications and apply LacSal Cream or Exfol Cream in the morning (then wait 20-30 minutes) and apply Protect & Restore with High Retinol on top. REPEAT in the evening, finishing with a moisturizer such as Emu Oil-S Lipid Replenisher.
