For improved results with your Skin Signals Cream product, use Emu Oil or Two Timing Tightener along with a good method of exfoliation.

AM: After cleansing the skin, apply a light amount of Skin Signals Cream. An adequate application should just barely cover the area. Massage into the skin for 5-10 seconds. Can be used very lightly around the eye area.

Number2AM: Finish by applying a light amount of Emu Oil-S Lipid Replenisher (a biological healing oil) or use Two Timing Tightener (a DMAE serum).

PM: After cleansing the skin, apply a light amount of Exfol Cream or LacSal Cream (hydroxy acid chemical exfoliators that help encourage skin cell turnover).
Tips/Cautions

I received this as a sample and one of the first to purchase it.  I have been using it a total of 4 weeks. I also use the  Two Timing Strengthener with it.   I have been using Super CP Serum for 8 months religuosly along with using a derma- roller once a week and facial exercise daily prior to using the  skin signal cream and   the results are amazing.  I am now beginnng to loose my jowls and my face is getting firmer.  I am 64 years old and my daughters who I only see a couple of times a year ask me if I have had any cosmetic  procedures done.   I am trying to avoid having a facelift and if the results continue there will be no need for a facelift.  This is amazing.  I figure it will take a total of a year to get my skin where I want it to be, but I will say it has all been worth the dedication.  I feel the skin signals cream is the icing to the cake.  Thank you Dr. Pickart for your research and your dedication to anti-aging - JS
