Product Returns
Please keep in mind that most skin care products take time to start to see results. At least 6-8 weeks of consistent use of product(s) should be allowed to give the product(s) time to work.
If you feel you received the incorrect order or need to return a product, Contact Skin Biology WITHIN 5 DAYS of receipt of the item to request a Return Authorization Number. You will not be able to make an exchange or return without a Return Authorization Number.
If you have received approval to return an item, it must be in its original packaging and MUST BE UNOPENED. Credit will not be issued on any products that have been opened.
Due to the cosmetic nature of the products we never re-sell returned items. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO AT LEAST A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. We review each return package individually and reserve the right to charge a higher restocking fee of up to 50% if goods are not carefully packed for return. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the product and DO NOT include shipping/handling costs. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.
No returns or exchanges are accepted on Samples or Bonuses.
BioHeal Exception
If you are not satisfied with BioHeal for improving the appearance of sensitive skin, return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus our shipping charges. This offer is only for persons with skin problems arising from a specific skin condition.
Order Cancellations
ALL ORDERS ONCE PROCESSED ARE FINAL. If you are not sure which product(s) to order, Contact Us before placing the order. Orders cannot be revised or canceled after the order is processed.
Book Returns
Books purchased through Skin Biology will usually arrive to you shrink wrapped. Our return policy on book publications is that your money can be returned if the book is sent back with the original shrink wrap unbroken. Books must be returned within 30 days. Funds will be returned minus a 20% restocking fee.
