Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, unless specified otherwise. Once shipped, Skin Biology is not responsible for lost or damaged items or delays caused by weather or other natural disasters.
US Orders: Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery. However, there is no guarantee of delivery time within this period.
International Orders: Please allow at least 30 business days for delivery. However, there is no guarantee of delivery time within this period. Please note: Clients are responsible for any customs charges incurred. Please do not ask us to adjust customs forms. Be advised that any order not picked up from Customs or the Post Office will not be refunded or resent. VAT (Value Added Taxes): Orders valuing more than $25 may also incur VAT fees. However, even with additional customs fees, clients outside the USA may find ordering directly from Skin Biology to be more economical; so be sure to do a full price comparison. Skin Biology books and printed publications are VAT free.
Please note that you may have taxes and/or tariffs for importing our products to your home country. Skin Biology will not be responsible for these costs. Additionally this possible price increase is not reflected in the shipping and handling cost.

Stolen or Lost Orders (After Delivery)
We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after delivery. Any such claim should be taken up with your local postal service or carrier.
